18th Century Provincial Tokens, Middlesex

High Holborn, Skidmore Series  of Buildings; D&H 583 bis, halfpenny struck in copper, 11.97g. Very peculiar issue, very seldom seen. Plated on page 543 of the D&H addenda. This piece, very similar to the plate but from a later obverse die state,  very rare. Good fine or better.
