Not Local, William Cooper; D&H 1007, Skidmore’s halfpenny struck in copper. Typical die break from the R of COOPER otherwise crisp example with virtually full original colour. Milled edge very faint. Previously housed in a PCGS MS 66 RB holder, incorrectly attributed as DH 1007b. Noted as their finest graded. Virtually as struck, rare.
