Middlesex, Little Turnstile, Thomas Spence; DH 760, halfpenny struck in copper, 10.58g , 28.77mm. Struck on a thin planchet, causing a somewhat soft strike. The obverse with flaws that seem typical for just this type. Reverse with some brilliant underlying fields. A very popular die marriage, extremely fine . Scarce.
