Not Local, Political & Social Series, Issuer Uncertain; D&H 1045a, copper-gilt halfpenny, 9.16g. Some typical edge flaws due to being struck out of collar, otherwise no wear, gilding believed to be contemporary and retaining full colour. This variety is recorded in brass but unpublished in gilt. Extremely fine, exceedingly rare and possibly unique.
