Middlesex, Little Turnstile, Thomas Spence; D&H 760, halfpenny struck in copper. Away from the deserted village, we move to the third instances of both obverse and reverse as we reach this point in the sale. Joined but must once again go their separate ways. Struck from slightly later die states, centres not fully struck up in parts. Otherwise, even brown surfaces with red around the peripherals. Extremely fine. Scarce.
