Middlesex, Little Turnstile, Thomas Spence; D&H 798, halfpenny struck in copper. Struck from a rusted and reworked reverse die, typical polish lines in the fields. Otherwise, virtually no handling. Obverse with proof-like surfaces and reverse with radiating golden-brown appearance. Essentially as made (Gem).
