Warwickshire, Coventry Buildings Series, Peter Kempson; D&H 267a, halfpenny struck in copper. The first of our special run of Kempson’s Coventry buildings. This piece, light spotting otherwise, sharp with red and brown surfaces. Extremely fine or better, currently housed in an PCGS 63BN holder – obviously should be RB. Scratches are on the holder.. Scarce.
